Football Star Welsh Athlete Ramsey Ups Incentive for Missing Dog in Mexican Territory to $Twenty Thousand Dollars
Welsh athlete Aaron Ramsey has increased the bounty for leads concerning his lost pet named Halo to ÂŁ15,000.
Ex- Arsenal and Cardiff City player, who currently represents Pumas UNAM in the capital, mentioned that the beagle was observed in a Mexican town, located in the Guanajuato state zone.
the dog, who disappeared on October 9th, was equipped with a GPS collar, and Ramsey shared a exact coordinates of her last known location.
"Any updates regarding our beloved Halo please get in touch with us. Big reward for finding her. We are all praying she is unharmed and comes home to our side soon," the athlete posted on Instagram.
Initial Reward and Emotional Appeals
Ramsey first disclosed that his dog had vanished 14 days prior and has since uploaded multiple pictures of the beloved dog on his social media account.
A $ten thousand dollar incentive was first announced, but with lack of updates on the dog's location after a seven days, Ramsey and his loved ones doubled the reward.
"All we desire is our girl returned," he stated in another appeal on his online platforms after the elderly dog went missing.
The latest image share is a monochrome snapshot of Halo sleeping, its head lying in the bend of the athlete's elbow, with the message: "How I wish to embrace you again sweet Halo."
Family's Worries and Background
Ramsey has also posted a message from his spouse Colleen on social media indicating they have several "important concerns" surrounding the disappearance and worry the household "may never receive clarity".
"We have yet to have not located our dog. It is unlikely we will," the spouse's post read.
The Welsh leader signed with Mexican premier team Club Universidad Nacional in recent months and made his first appearance in Liga MX in the eighth month.
The Caerphilly-born athlete is the first well-known British player to participate in the Mexican league.
